Crystal A Hawkins MEd LPC
Founder of Leela | Licensed Professional Counselor & Mind-Body Energy Practitioner
True healing happens when we bridge the space between mind, body, and spirit. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and mind-body energy practitioner, I blend somatic therapy with subtle energy traditions to support deep, lasting transformation.
My practice is rooted in the belief that your body holds wisdom, your mind seeks clarity, and your somatic awareness is the bridge between the two. Whether you are navigating life transitions, processing trauma, or simply seeking deeper alignment with your authentic self, I offer a grounded, intuitive space to hold what you carry and guide you back home to yourself.
I am currently at capacity for counseling clients but I have openings for somatic coaching, energy work, and akashic wheel of time sessions.
Karen Kellow, MA CMT
I am a frequency holder, a vibration transformer, a veil tender and a womb weaver, helping people rediscover safety in their bodies, move into their Center, and root down so they can fly.
Childhood was spent galloping around the backyard neighing with friends pretending we were horses; balanced with time alone drawing…mostly horses. College did not take me to vet school or art school but instead, sent me wandering through a Bachelors degree in biology, followed by another in mechanical engineering. Both gave me opportunities to explore my fascination with movement in the human body and provide some bones for the work that awaited me. I spent many years walking the wilderness of unsatisfying work and relational transitions, feeling my way through the darkness, tossing poop onto the compost, turning it steadily and awaiting old stories to become nourishment for new life. In the meantime I gathered a few more tools including a Masters in Human Relations, and certifications in bodywork, qigong, and life coaching. This improved my ability to transform the compost and begin to spread a little fertilizer into my first efforts at a Garden. I learned that a Garden is not just the beauty of the harvest but it is the movement through dreaming, tilling, seeding, weeding, tending, harvesting, allowing it to rest, and then cycling through it all over again.
Today, I turn the compost and create a garden that is forever imperfect and cyclically tweaked…regularly refined with love and compassion. My soil is dark and rich with many mycelial connections. And, while I paint and collage and write and dance, my favorite art is that which we call "life"; that hugely messy process of bringing in more beauty, love and truth. I invite others into this process through qigong practice, qigong treatment, the occasional sharing of creative tools, and writing what inspires me. My bodywork certification is through Boulder College of Massage Therapy's 1000 hour program. I am certified as a Clinical Qigong Practitioner and Teacher through the National Qigong Association. I continue to study with Damaris Jarboux and Mimi Kuo-Deemer, as well as other teachers and bodywork professionals.
Kathleen Ram
Certified Life Coach | EFT Practitioner | Reiki Master | Consciousness Educator
Kathleen (Kat) Ram is a Consciousness Educator, Spiritual Life Coach, Reiki Master, and EFT Practitioner whose work is rooted in one simple belief: each of us already carries the wisdom we seek. Since beginning her own spiritual journey in 2001, Kat has devoted herself to the study of consciousness, meditation, energy healing, and personal transformation.
She creates spaces where people feel genuinely seen, safe, and supported—whether through retreats, women’s circles, meditation, contemplation, or one-on-one coaching. Known for her calm presence and compassionate guidance, Kat doesn’t believe in fixing people. Instead, she helps them quiet the noise, reconnect with their own inner knowing, and remember who they have always been. Her approach blends practical tools with deep spiritual insight, inviting others to cultivate greater awareness, resilience, and authenticity in everyday life. Kat’s greatest joy is witnessing the moment someone realizes that the answers they have been searching for have been within them all along.
Tequia Sier LCSW
Life often unfolds differently than we imagined. Relationships become strained. Dreams seem delayed. Opportunities missed. Trauma leaves its mark. We find ourselves living in constant high-stress mode, stuck in patterns that no longer serve us, and exhausted by the emotional weight of an increasingly demanding and uncertain world. These seasons can leave you feeling overwhelmed, full of self-doubt, disconnected, and carrying more than your nervous system is equipped to handle. But you don’t have to navigate this season alone.
I can help you move beyond survival mode and create a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in the belief that healing involves both the mind and body. Together, we’ll restore safety, build on strengths, and develop strategies to support lasting change.
New Bloom reflects what I have come to know: healing starts at the root. The surface may appear lifeless, but important work can happen beneath the soil to nourish, strengthen, and deepen the roots. It's not too late. Your story is still unfolding, and growth remains possible. The most meaningful blooms can come after the harshest seasons.
